Privacy policy
This policy applies to research enquiries, contact details and attachments submitted through the HESUAN Scientific Computing website operated by Hangzhou Hesuan Technology Co., Ltd. Last updated: 29 August 2026.
1. Information we collect
To assess a research need, we collect information you choose to submit, including your name, mobile number, WeChat ID, optional institution, research system, research question, available data, expected deliverables and optional attachments. The service also processes timestamps, integrity hashes and basic request information needed to protect the submission process.
2. How the information is used
Information is used only to acknowledge and assess the enquiry, contact the submitter, evaluate feasibility, design a computational path, prepare a proposal and quotation, and prevent duplicate or abusive submissions. Material is not published or used for model training without separate authorization.
3. Retention
Ordinary enquiry records and attachments that do not become a formal project are retained for no more than 90 days and then enter the deletion process. Once both parties confirm a formal project, project agreements govern confidentiality, storage and deletion instead of this ordinary-enquiry period.
4. Attachments and sensitive information
Attachments remain in private object storage and do not receive public access links. Do not submit unauthorized identifiable human data, private clinical records, export-controlled content or third-party material you are not entitled to disclose. Contact us by email before sharing any special-category data.
5. Security and access
The enquiry administration area requires an authorized account, and attachment access follows the same control. Submission rate limits, file type and size checks, integrity hashes and private storage reduce risk, although no internet transmission can be guaranteed absolutely secure.
6. Your rights
You may request access, correction or deletion of enquiry information still within its retention period, or withdraw permission for further contact. We will verify the relationship to the submission before acting on a request.
